Executive Coaching

As an executive coach, I work with corporate leaders at the mid-senior management levels. I am skilled at both, individual and small group coaching. My engagement style is warm, positive, respectful, gently challenging and goal oriented. I focus on facilitating the identification of patterns and themes in behavior and uncovering the underlying beliefs and mental models. I partner with my coachees to co-create clear, concrete and achievable action plans. My approach is to balance organizational priorities with individual aspirations and motivators, thus ensuring visible and lasting change as well as increased career success and personal satisfaction.
