Nidhi has been a Mentor for LeanIn India’s online Mentoring program for India’s Tier II city women, “Leaning In and LiftingUp”. The online mentoring program was designed to help talented women navigate the complexities of their professional and personal lives and grow holistically.
She has also been a Coach for the WYSE Global Change Maker Programme. The purpose of this programme was to support emerging leaders to make a positive contribution towards the Sustainable Development Goals in their community. The objectives of the programme were to provide monthly coaching session which would in turn – support the coaches to set goals, identify and work through challenges, manage their time and increase their overall effectiveness, influence and impact. The programme also sought to help the coaches stay connected to their sense of purpose and motivation, as they navigated the real-world challenges necessary to turn their vision into reality.
